We hope that the evaluated technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in the province can further increase research and development investment, improve innovation systems, enhance innovation capabilities, and play a demonstration and driving role in accelerating the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises in the province. The management departments of small and medium-sized enterprises at all levels should strengthen the tracking, guidance, and service of provincial technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, and give priority to recommending them to apply for national and provincial special funds to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
